Inquisitor Glokta, a crippled and increasingly bitter relic of the last war, former fencing champion turned torturer extraordinaire, is trapped in a twisted and broken body - not that he allows it to distract him from his daily routine of torturing smugglers.

But as he's discovering, old habits die really, really hard indeed . . .

Ännu en ljudbok jag valde att lyssna på efter mina planer för läsåret 2022, att jag skulle välja varje månad en booktubers favoritbäcker från 2021 att läsa, och i denna månad valde jag Books with Emily Fox, sen har jag även haft tankarna på att läsa denna fantasy-serie men jag tänkte inte så mycket på det just nu men det blev så ändå.
Sen är jag inte alls nöjd med denna bok, jag vet inte men jag hängde inte riktigt med på vad som hände, är mest som lösryckta handlingar och jag såg inte hela bilden och därför är jag rätt förvirrad över vad den handlade om. Men det kommer säkert att jag kommer att läsa vidare i serien någon gång, för den slutade utan någon större slut, utan det var rätt öppet över vad som kommer ske nu.
