Written in English, the novel tells the story of Tsomo, a young Bhutanese woman who embarks on the difficult and lonely journey of life. Tsomo's travels, which begin after her mother's death, take her away from her family, and leads her across Bhutan and into India. Detta var det enda exemplar av denna bok som finns på svenska bibliotek, så det känns lite kul att ha läst en sådan raritet på det sättet. Tyvärr var väl inte läsupplevelsen den bästa, då boken är trög, men den har ändå en exotisk och spännande historia om Tsomo liv och hennes resa efter att finna sig själv.
